- April at the facility was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The paperwork took about 15 minutes and I was provided a copy of everything submitted. Another gentleman (I think his name was Thor) took me to the unit and showed me where to park when unloading my items and how to utilize facility provided tools. Both of them were courteous and professional - a marked difference from the staff at the storage facility I had used in the past. Thanks!

- Great location to store. The place is kept very clean and well lit at night. The lady's Cyndi and Karla that run the Facilty are professional and very helpful. The only thing that it's not 24 hours, but I'm guessing it for security reasons. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend them.

- The unit is great. Well lit, good location. Awesome promo. But the one and only employee I encountered was rude, and made me feel like I was a burden to him, well I was a burden to him. My move in date, a Thursday, I was slammed at work. I called at 4pm to see if there was anyway to avoid having to come in during the hours of operation, because my work was going to keep me past that time. Nobody answered. Then I called back. Nobody answered. I left a voicemail. Nobody called me back. The following day, (Friday) I was swamped at work and couldn’t get there before 6. Again I called, again no answer, no return call. Saturday they close at 5:30. I got there at 5:25. I ran to the door and it was locked the employees for me and I saw him look right at the clock and roll his eyes. He was hesitant to come let me in when he open the door. I explained to him that I rented the unit and I was told to come down to the office with my license. With an attitude he told me he had already clocked out. I told him that I was sorry that he clocked out too soon. He made me not want to ask any questions and made me feel like a burden. Like I was getting in the way of his day, and I was a nuisance as a customer coming to move in for my first time.

- Facility is ok and does the job . However, I rented a unit and in only 5 months received a nearly 20% rent increase. I called the "need help" number on the website and went in circles with an automated menu. I pressed zero in an attempt to speak to someone and the call disconnected. I then called the local on-site manager who I know has nothing to do with price increases and was told it was to "cover the cost of your unit" (what?). I didn't even want to continue a dead-end conversation and just said ok thank you. Prior to that, I was told I HAD to take out their insurance policy which I thought was odd (the on-site employee insisted). I said my homeowners insurance covers contents in storage and she said it's a PS policy. I then sent an email to PS (unable to speak with anyone) and they replied/apologized that I wasn't required to take THEIR insurance as long as I signed a document stating my contents are being insured privately, so I was able to cancel the policy. I also dislike their procedure of locking the carts at the front office. Whenever I go to retrieve items I have to park down by the storage entrance doors, walk to the office (a separate building a few hundred feet away) and check-out a key then push the cart to the storage unit and load/unload stuff. Then you have to walk the cart back to the office, lock the cart return the key and walk back to the storage entrance. Seriously, are people really stealing carts? Whatever...mine is a temporary rental due to a move and the increase will just motivate me to empty the unit to give it up faster.

- The customer service was very helpful, friendly, and personal. I did not expect this from a storage provider. I am very unhappy about one aspect of the experience. The ability to utilize your own insurance is deceptive, archaic, and as a practical matter, impossible. When I called their corporate office, I was advised that all that was needed is a declaration page from the insurance provider. The facility manager however required that StorQuest be legally added to my homeowner’s insurance policy as an additional insured party. My insurance agent advised that this is a very bad idea and is highly discouraged because it gives StorQuest too many potentially detrimental legal rights to my policy. My insurance agent felt that it was just a ploy to discourage you from bringing your own insurance, so I wound up paying their relatively high insurance premium.
