- Payment was sent on time by the bank and check was never received by Safeguard. Proof of payment was provided that the check was sent and also on time but they refused to waive the late fee even though there was proof payment was sent on time. Their response was that they waived the late fee 1 time before and that was because I provided payment was made on time. Customer should not be penalized with late fees when proof is provided by the bank that payment was sent especially now that many people are complaining about not receiving their mail on time or at all. Not very accommodating to the customer at all, especially when they've been with them for a few years and always pays on time.

- The units and the layout of the buildings are well designed. There is a lot of space to drive around. We easily got the 15ft U-haul in and out. It was also easy to drive on their roads around the units. The staff is very helpful. They treat you like family. It is nice doing business with them. I was impressed with how clean everything is.
