- Payment was sent on time by the bank and check was never received by Safeguard. Proof of payment was provided that the check was sent and also on time but they refused to waive the late fee even though there was proof payment was sent on time. Their response was that they waived the late fee 1 time before and that was because I provided payment was made on time. Customer should not be penalized with late fees when proof is provided by the bank that payment was sent especially now that many people are complaining about not receiving their mail on time or at all. Not very accommodating to the customer at all, especially when they've been with them for a few years and always pays on time.

The website as easy to use for my reservation. I changed my date to come a day early with no problems. They were ready for me and it took no longer than 15 minutes to get set up. He was nice and helpful but when we had a question after moving the stuff in he again wasn’t in the office.
