He was professional, insightful about the ins and outs of the facility, and proactive in making me feel comfortable about choosing this facility while making the check-in seamless. If I had any concerns or questions, he responded in ways that made me feel more confident about choosing this facility. He was detailed about the process of entering and exiting the facility and was incredibly patient in assisting with how the facility works. I found the facility to be very well-organized and clean and the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. The best part was the guided help by Marcus. He created a welcoming atmosphere so you knew you could look to the staff if you had questions or needed help. Grateful to have had Marcus's assistance.
