- Everything went smooth with online booking and move-in but their online bill (before move in) is very misleading. It said "total move in cost" would be $25 ($1/first month $24 one time move in fee). They do not say anywhere that they also charge you $20 to buy a lock and at least $11 (per month) for mandatory insurance, bring the actual total to over $60.

- The process is really easy. You call the main phone number and let them know which location you are interested in using, the customer service person give info of how to make reservations, rates and the direct number for the specific location. Right after I got off the phone with the main phone #, the manager of the branch calls and gives more specific info and makes a reservation for you to come in. he even gave me directions on how to get there by train. When I got there, which was early, Daina showed me the storage units. they were friendly, went over the process. I was able to book the unit. Daina and one other person (a guy, can't remember his name) were helpful. It's required to have insurance - I wasn't expecting that but I guess that makes sense since you have a bunch of stuff there.
