- I got my space online and had to check in tho there was some issue with the pricing difference between what they normally charge I guess and the online broker I guess I was using the people there were very helpful and we were able to sort it all out so that everyone was happy in the end I even paid four months in advance not to get any deal just to show my application and commitment I was a lil put off later when I got online and found that there was some policy preventing me from getting a larger unit tho this is not 100% confirmed I was told on a chat bubble that it was not allowed and if I say rented another unit online and just moved I could be banned from the facility permanently but again not 100% confirmed though highly suspected to be true in today's world unfortunately overall a good experience still a customer at least until I find a bigger unit in my price range ..honestly I would rather move across the hall than down the street but if those are the rules those are the rules right I just didn't realize how much more space I actually needed at first my bad I guess and now I have to pay for it in more ways than one I guess..advice start with the bigger one if your in a position to choose

- I really like my storage room. I had a slightly smaller storage room at another facility. While everything fit in the room, it was tight. My new larger room is much better, and easier to get around. I don't know if this will be an issue, but my previous storage room was climate controlled. My new one is not. Time will tell. - Couldn't have been an easier process! I was able to reserve a unit, complete the paperwork , and move in in less than 24 hours. Fortunately I had some odds and ends that could easily be moved in. I received the number of my unit and my access code. This was helpful in the quick move in process because no one from the Office was actually on-site and present when I arrived (even during business hours). The only thing that would have been helpful and reassuring was if there would have been a confirmation from the office.

- The storage facility happened to be a convenient location for our needs. Nice facility, friendly staff and best price we could find locally. The only issue we came across was a small mouse problem the last 2 months in storage. We did not have any food in storage but assume something in another unit attracted the critters. Luckly none of our valuables were damaged,it was just a little bit of a mess to clean up upon moving out. Overall though our experience with this facility was good.

- Great place. New ownership is disappointing. Prices went up. Can no longer use battery tender and making a reservation became very frustrating. Made reservation on September 26th online. No deposit which seemed strange. Called at the end of October to confirm and was told there was no spot for my vehicle. Was told I would be put on waiting list. Then received a email confirming my reservation for November 1st? Called the facility directly and they said they now had a spot for my vehicle. Very frustrating. Haven't had any problems like this for the last 3 years.
