- Move-in wasn't too smooth as on-line registration seemed to have fallen into the void. Staff was able to provide backup unit — eventually. First one turned out to be scheduled for maintenance. Had to remove belongings and start again. Facility seems well maintained overall. Staff was helpful; however, would suggest on move-in, move-out weekends from local colleges, staff keep someone on site during working hours. Noticed a kid arriving in a taxi only to find staff were "at lunch." That's a real hassle!

- It was a little difficult finding the facility itself as I am not originally from the Ithaca area, but besides that everything worked out smoothly. I walked into the main office and signed the necessary forms, got the key, and packed my things into the storage unit. It is also a bonus that I can come into the storage unit lot literally anytime with my gate access code. I couldn't have imagined this situation run any smoother.
