The unit itself was higher than expected - it had to be accessed with a step ladder. If you are looking for a 5x5 unit, ask if you can get a low access unit. If all they have is a high access unit, try to avoid storing heavy items as it is a challenge to get it up to the unit on the step ladder. Other than that, the place is clean, and rates seem competitive with other storage places in the area.

- Emily and Jazmin were great. I am handicap, that said the staff helped me get a unit on the first floor next to the entry door and assisted me in how to use the lock and storing some items. The place is very clean, nice lighting, conveniently located and with handicap parking next to the entry doors. The staff is FANTASTIC. The girls are helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable.
