- The Life Storage facility located at 1 South Street in Garden City is conveniently located, accommodating, clean, with a knowledgeable staff to assist. From the minute we entered the facility we were met with a warm welcome and offered assistance. The front desk agent was very familiar with the check in process for new customers. A large loading bay with plenty of moving carts provided the perfect access for us to unload our truck in front of the elevator to the upper floors. The entire process was easy and quick.

- The Public Storage located at Del Drive in Farmingdale was excellent. The Manager was very helpful in assisting us in determining the number and type of boxes to purchase. We already had one unit at this location for about three years and have obtained a second unit to pack into prior to our move. The facility is well lit and clean and the staff is knowledgeable and ready and wiling to assist.

- This facility has been excellent - I especially think a lot of that credit is owed to Kristy, the property manager. I was moving at 37wks pregnant and she made the whole process so easy and actually fun (she has the best personality!). She gave me the tour, showed me the gate code points of access for security, and just went above and beyond to make sure i had all the information, the correctly sized unit, and accessories for that unit. She is amazing!

- The Public Storage reps who initially helped me reserve a unit at the 305 Del Drive, Farmingdale, NY location in last month were the nicest girls I have ever met (I think the names were Kristi and Dawn, not sure). Kristi walked me through every detail of the contract and instructions for how to access my unit, the hours of availability, etc. Both were so professional and courteous that I wish I could let their DM know personally that these girls deserve some sort of recognition.
