- I booked a 10x20 climate controlled unit on-line - 15 days prior to needing the unit. I received a confirmation e-mail. I received another e-mail saying that "I'll see you tomorrow" although my move-in date was not tomorrow. I received a voice mail asking me to call/come in to confirm my interest (I physically visited the location to confirm my interest), only to be called a couple of days later saying there was no 10x20 climate controlled units available - this is days before my move - YIKES and PANIC!!! After several calls, no resolve. Long story short, I ended up with a 10x20 outdoor unit - to house my furniture - not happy with that. A few hours after I moved in it start raining, the eves troughs leak, and water was pouring down in front of the doors of many units, which drained in front of my unit, making me worry that my furniture may be subject to dampness, not happy with that. The only person who was helpful was Chris Elliot - without his help I could not have sorted this out or completed my move.

My new larger room is much better, and easier to get around. I don't know if this will be an issue, but my previous storage room was climate controlled. My new one is not. Time will tell. - I got my space online and had to check in tho there was some issue with the pricing difference between what they normally charge I guess and the online broker I guess I was using the people there were very helpful and we were able to sort it all out so that everyone was happy in the end I even paid four months in advance not to get any deal just to show my application and commitment I was a lil put off later when I got online and found that there was some policy preventing me from getting a larger unit tho this is not 100% confirmed I was told on a chat bubble that it was not allowed and if I say rented another unit online and just moved I could be banned from the facility permanently but again not 100% confirmed though highly suspected to be true in today's world unfortunately overall a good experience still a customer at least until I find a bigger unit in my price range ..honestly I would rather move across the hall than down the street but if those are the rules those are the rules right I just didn't realize how much more space I actually needed at first my bad I guess and now I have to pay for it in more ways than one I guess..advice start with the bigger one if your in a position to choose
