- I found the employees to be extremely helpful and easy to work with! The facility seems very secure and clean. The rates are well below other comparable facilities yet it may be because the customer must add an insurance policy to the items that they store here. They sell it to you and it is expensive for example I claimed the value of my items to be a mere $2,000 (the lowest they allow) and that raised my monthly rate by $11 and change! Not thrilled about the hidden cost!

- I got my space online and had to check in tho there was some issue with the pricing difference between what they normally charge I guess and the online broker I guess I was using the people there were very helpful and we were able to sort it all out so that everyone was happy in the end I even paid four months in advance not to get any deal just to show my application and commitment I was a lil put off later when I got online and found that there was some policy preventing me from getting a larger unit tho this is not 100% confirmed I was told on a chat bubble that it was not allowed and if I say rented another unit online and just moved I could be banned from the facility permanently but again not 100% confirmed though highly suspected to be true in today's world unfortunately overall a good experience still a customer at least until I find a bigger unit in my price range ..honestly I would rather move across the hall than down the street but if those are the rules those are the rules right I just didn't realize how much more space I actually needed at first my bad I guess and now I have to pay for it in more ways than one I guess..advice start with the bigger one if your in a position to choose

- I rented a storage unit and the next day the storage unit was closed out and my money gone because I never came back and put my own lock on the unit. No one never told me that I had to immediately put a lock of my own on the unit or it would be closed out and charged me a close our fee or a cleaning fee. I will never recommend the company to no one and when I called the guy who took was basically like o well that's the policy. This policy should be included when the unit is open. I fill I was robbed and I don't have anything good about public storage.

- Reserved a storage unit online, got a call to confirm and inquire about checking on the unit sizes was able to make an appointment easily. The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful, and was able to answer the questions we had, even allowing us to choose a different unit of the same size that looked better to us. the actual paperwork was easy to fill out and she explained everything for that as well in an easy to understand way. Definitely will rent from here again!

- Brianna helped me get all the paperwork sorted upon arrival and thoroughly explained all the paperwork to me, making sure all my questions were answered. The unit is in a drive-thru building with code-locked doors, which makes for easy loading and adds extra security. The unit was very clean and the entire building had no strange smells, which seems weird to point out, but was a relief to me. Units require a cylindrical lock, but they have them on-site for purchase if needed.

- Online check in was easy, followed up by a confirmation phone call and email. Andrew was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. When I arrived the next day with my daughter and a truckload of totes, Andrew spotted us and quick brought over a small flat bed to help make it easier. I also bought a lock and set up auto pay. Only a few day/trips into it, but very good customer experience so far.
