- I got my space online and had to check in tho there was some issue with the pricing difference between what they normally charge I guess and the online broker I guess I was using the people there were very helpful and we were able to sort it all out so that everyone was happy in the end I even paid four months in advance not to get any deal just to show my application and commitment I was a lil put off later when I got online and found that there was some policy preventing me from getting a larger unit tho this is not 100% confirmed I was told on a chat bubble that it was not allowed and if I say rented another unit online and just moved I could be banned from the facility permanently but again not 100% confirmed though highly suspected to be true in today's world unfortunately overall a good experience still a customer at least until I find a bigger unit in my price range ..honestly I would rather move across the hall than down the street but if those are the rules those are the rules right I just didn't realize how much more space I actually needed at first my bad I guess and now I have to pay for it in more ways than one I guess..advice start with the bigger one if your in a position to choose

- I chose this facility and paid more because it's climate controlled. My storage unit had water in it on the one side which is concerning. The manager tried to use a machine to get rid of some of it but it wasn't working well. My movers used their moving wraps to soak up as much as possible. The manager gave me plastic which was nice of him. But I'm still nervous about my stuff getting ruined by water even though we put down plastic. I did not ask for a different unit because I was at my 3 hour mark with my movers and the next hour would have cost me another $150, which I do not have. The manager did ask to have one of my keys and said he'd check on it periodically so hopefully everything will be ok.

- Reserved a storage unit online, got a call to confirm and inquire about checking on the unit sizes was able to make an appointment easily. The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful, and was able to answer the questions we had, even allowing us to choose a different unit of the same size that looked better to us. the actual paperwork was easy to fill out and she explained everything for that as well in an easy to understand way. Definitely will rent from here again!

- We had to call the help number due to arriving with uhual and our unit not opening. (I cut my hand pretty deep on the metal handle) the online customer service rep said we had to get the next size up and pay an addition 35 dollars, because "they didn't have any other units open" when I pressed that I specifically bought the size I needed/price I wanted to pay- he spoke to the store manager and there was suddenly other options. Other than that, we are happy.
