I arrived at the storage facility the same day I made the reservation in a frenzy because I had just received news my apartment for that morning's move with my Uhaul already loaded was unavailable. I was incredibly worried about the safety of my things and ended up being taken such good care of that I felt confident in placing all my items in the hallway to take a full 3 hours to move into my unit calmly as my driver returned our UHaul.
