- Just moved in but sign up was super easy, facility is very clean and has everything you need to move things to your unit. Don’t know if this is standard for all storage facilities but just know you have to pay for insurance on top of what the price of the unit is. It’s only $15-30 depending on how much coverage you get but something to keep in mind when looking at price

- The customer service was unparalleled, quick and truly made my day so much better. I arrived at the storage facility the same day I made the reservation in a frenzy because I had just received news my apartment for that morning's move with my Uhaul already loaded was unavailable. I was incredibly worried about the safety of my things and ended up being taken such good care of that I felt confident in placing all my items in the hallway to take a full 3 hours to move into my unit calmly as my driver returned our UHaul.

- This facility spent the first five months of my contract hiding bills and statement charges and then fined me over $500 saying that I was late. By the way, the monthly rent is around $20, so thats a ridiculous overcharge! Also, despite not having any food items in my storage, there are rats crawling all over the facility. Rat poop is everywhere and my items have holes in them.
