- It's a nice size storage unit. Wish the dirt and sand and dust didn't blow in as much as it does. My stuff is filthy. I've been there for a few years now and need the space you offer. So I can't complain. Since Prime has taken it over the grounds are much cleaner and nicer. No more three foot weeds in front of my door. I hope the prices don't keep going up and up because it will price me out of there and I'll have to find another less expensive solution. So far, it has been doable. Thank you.

- The unit is great. Well lit, good location. Awesome promo. But the one and only employee I encountered was rude, and made me feel like I was a burden to him, well I was a burden to him. My move in date, a Thursday, I was slammed at work. I called at 4pm to see if there was anyway to avoid having to come in during the hours of operation, because my work was going to keep me past that time. Nobody answered. Then I called back. Nobody answered. I left a voicemail. Nobody called me back. The following day, (Friday) I was swamped at work and couldn’t get there before 6. Again I called, again no answer, no return call. Saturday they close at 5:30. I got there at 5:25. I ran to the door and it was locked the employees for me and I saw him look right at the clock and roll his eyes. He was hesitant to come let me in when he open the door. I explained to him that I rented the unit and I was told to come down to the office with my license. With an attitude he told me he had already clocked out. I told him that I was sorry that he clocked out too soon. He made me not want to ask any questions and made me feel like a burden. Like I was getting in the way of his day, and I was a nuisance as a customer coming to move in for my first time.

- I am very satisfied by the customer service I had just received from Angie. She took her lunch early so she would be in the office for me to pay this month and next month's rent. She also told me that I can pay at any public storage location. Because yesterday I came by and she was on lunch and I called to tell her I was coming the same time today and she made sure she was here for me. She is very friendly sufficient and very very kind. Angie also told me other methods of payment that I did not know abouy as well. Went over different sizes with meand should me a lot. I would recommend this location and tell them to look for Angie. She made my day.

- The only problem is that I have only been at Prime for a few monthis. I came here because of the better price. Before I could finish moving from the higher priced unit, (less than 6 months) the price jumped $53 in one shot ! Again, in less than 6 months. Now I'm stuck paying 2 units at basically the same price! I might as well have stayed where I was. It actually has more room because the height in the other unit was at least 2 ft higher.
