- I've resigned myself to the fact that I needed additional storage and pay for it. However, I was completely shocked that my rent went up $56.00 a month after only 4 months. When I addressed the issues of excessive rent increase over such a short time, the people in the office said they would forward my concerns and get back to me. Now it is weeks later and not a word one way or the other. That is not good customer service and that is main reason for the low rating.
