- The check-in process is quite tedious. But I believe that’s true everywhere. It’s all digital so initialing and signing your name is tricky with a mouse. The first spot I was given was too tight for me to get my rig into. I found a larger one with nothing in front of it so I could back straight in. But there was a transfer fee and higher charge even though there were three of these spaces empty side-by-side. In addition, the documentation had to be completely done over. You would think once my account was set up everything I initialed and signed could’ve been transferred to the new space, but it couldn’t be. The staff was apologetic and friendly, but the policies of the company are inflexible and not customer service oriented. Since it’s all done on computers, they are not allowed to make modifications without higher authority.

- The move-in was great! I recently had to find a storage same day due to Public Storage being trash. I called and got everything done on the phone. When I arrived Ronnie was expecting me and addressed me by name. He was beyond helpful and the facilities were clean. The only thing I don't like is the app to enter without pushing the code doesn't work. The assistant manager Ronnie stated it didn't work for him either. They need to fix that.

- This is a great place to rent. I was a little confused at the car overnight in the parking lot but not my place. Sad that the unit I rented has a chunk of space taken up by a shaft that I can do nothing about. I believe there should be a different rate for this unit since I am not getting all the space I am paying for. Overall, I am happy with this space.

- Nice facility. Not a great neighborhood around it, but the storage place looks very secure and clean. Storage prices are ridiculous in Reno/Sparks right now. Bryan was super helpful and a terrific guy! Good luck on your new ventures sir :) Dottie was helpful as well. My only complaint was that they were closed Saturday with no warning and didn’t return voicemails. I drove over there since no one was answering and there was a sign on the door “out sick”. Website hours of operation need to be updated. Pretty easy process to rent. It took about 45 min all together. Thanks!!
