- The manager that works at the location I am renting from was very nice but the quality of my storage unit is very poor after I moved allot of my things into the unit I tried to shut the door to my unit and noticed that my door is broken. When I tried to close the door to my unit the place when you put the lock only has to bolts that holds the price on that is for the lock mine only has one i spent about 20 minutes trying to shut the door and unjam the door and hurt my self. I eventually got the manager and asked her to come help me shut the door and that took us about another 15 minutes and finally got the door shut.

- Storage size wasn’t what I requested I know because I measured. Move out after a month. Storage wall inside the unit was pull down as is someone was trying to breaking into the storage. Emailed the manager with pictures never go a reply. But read the email and put in the notes that I was moving out the unit, I call customer service to confirm or notify I’m moving out and they told me it was noted in my account.

- I wasn't having a good move day between truck rentals and going to the facility between 2:07pm -3pm to see a closed for 1 hour sign wasn't making things any better. I will not lie in the beginning waiting in 114 degree heat I was a little irritated. I do understand the rep needs to eat this is the reason I didn't come between 12-1 or 1-2 also calling CSR to inform my arrival. The rep came back early flagged me for service and made a positive impact on the rest of my move and day! He did an amazing job of explaining, being detailed and reassuring me the rest of my day would be better. It was! So thank you and the only suggestion I would make is text future new storage renters who have same day reservations if out of office. That would get 5 stars!

- Literally just reserved a spot, spoke with staff, confirmed my storage, went peraonally over to check it out, paid for it then received an email days later thanking me for using Public Storage and that this was my move out notice. Called online support and was told I had to call the office instead. Jeez, dudes. Rating will change if this gets fixed, but this isn't endearing me much.
