- Storage size wasn’t what I requested I know because I measured. Move out after a month. Storage wall inside the unit was pull down as is someone was trying to breaking into the storage. Emailed the manager with pictures never go a reply. But read the email and put in the notes that I was moving out the unit, I call customer service to confirm or notify I’m moving out and they told me it was noted in my account.

- This is a very convenient location and staff are friendly. Unit is very clean. The only thing I remove one star is the time frame to use a loading cart. I am usually available to the storage after work. By then, I won't have access to get a cart. It is hard for not-young people to carry items one by one.

- You pretty much know what you're getting when it comes to storage units, so it's the customer service that makes an experience stand out. And Pamela absolutely stood out. Very warm and very friendly. I made a reservation online a week before my scheduled move in and she still called me to confirm my reservation was good to go. The sign up process took maybe only 15 minutes. I got one of the 5x5 units and I was surprised by how much room there was. The ceiling is very high so even though there isn't much square feet, you can stack stuff pretty tall. I still had room to spare when I was done unloading my stuff. Thank you Pamela for being so wonderful!
