- I had lots of issues getting into my unit… the code they gave me to open the lock on my assigned unit didn’t work, so in a rush I had to use another unit that wasn’t locked. It’s a different size & I still haven’t been able to get a human on the phone to switch my unit to the one my items are now in. I’m hoping to hear from a human soon. I also was surprised by the fact that I’m not allowed to rent a unit without a mandatory insurance fee. I was not told that when I initially booked a reservation there. I would not recommend this facility, even tho it seems secure, clean, & safe.
