- We have had generally okay experiences with the storage place, however, there are far too many price increases far too often. The latest increase was a massive bump up in prices. Couple this with the fact that the storage facility wasn’t plowed for two straight days following a massive snowstorm (February 2021) and it had caused many issues that week because we need constant access to our inventory. 24 hour access to these units 7 days a week is a must. Most of the time everything is good enough except for these few instances.

- The unit I rented seems a little smaller than I'd expected - 5x5, but seems like 4x4 or so (I plan to measure it and complain if it's really not 5x5, but I certainly may be mistaken), and there's no light in the unit, nor any outlets. Otherwise, access is good, there are dollies to help move items in and out, an available dumpster, and the staff is excellent. Price is a little high for this size unit, but there's nothing less expensive around that I could find in this area. It seems clean, and not too many people crowding in there when I visited.

- The manager was super friendly and walked me through everything. He explained everything to me before I signed the contract as well as the policies. He then showed me to my storage unit and showed me how to get there, open it and make sure it's locked. He was extremely nice the whole time and didn't make me feel like I was being a pain. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. The place is clean and very nice. I am happy!

- I spent 5 years at Public Storge and had a wonderful experience. I went in on Sunday to end my contract and James and Brianna were so nice and helpful. - I walked in to the office at the Public Storage facility in Spring Valley NY when I was immediately asked if I needed help. Every question I had was answered and explained. I was given a tour of the facility and received an explanation of how the gates worked. Within minutes I knew that this was the place for us so I reserved a 5 x 10 unit. Before I left everything was explained pertaining to our agreement. I would highly recommend Public and the sales person Jay for his careful presentation.
