- We were disappointed when we realized we needed a second unit during our move that we were not given any discount based on that idea that this was a second unit. The prices of the units kept changing, the units are not temperature controlled and we were "upsold" on tarps needed to keep our things dry. We ended up renting a damaged unit (the only one of the size left) and again were offered no discount for doing this. If we had time, we would have looked elsewhere.

- I came in back in May and Amanda assisted me with setting up my storage unit. She was efficient and helpful all along the way. She gave me a tour of the facility and explained the hours of operation and that the storage unit is secure and safe. I highly recommend her and this facility to store their items. Lastly, I was able to get a discount for a larger unit due to reserving online. The promotion is only for a few months so it is temporary, but one can save during the in-between time.

- After having a storage unit with another company for 5 years, I decided to change to Public Storage because it is more convenient in location. The process was great but my only concern is having to get out of my vehicle to access the code to get through the gate. At this location I am not able to drive up put in my access code without having to get out of my car.

- Brianna was terrific! The whole staff was very courteous and friendly. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Really very thorough explanation of their facility and very focused on customer service. This location also has convenient hours for access. Our move was made much less stressful with their help. All moving is stressful but I admit their friendly attitude and great personalities helped without it being asked of them. Thank you guys! Couldn't have gotten through it without you! :)
