- My daughter is a student at Monmouth University and this is the second time we've used Life Storage in Ocean Township to store her stuff for the summer. This time I did everything online (reservation, rental agreement, insurance) and they emailed access to the gate and directions to our space. All we had to do was drive in, park in front of our space and pull up the door. A lock was waiting inside. The place looks really nice from the gate and everything was clean. Not at all the sketchy industrial look of what I'm used to back in LA. As for customer service, the morning after I made the reservation they called me to confirm when I would move in. A day before I moved in, I called to see if we could come in on Sunday when the office was closed. The manager was super nice and helpful and mailed me a link to do the paperwork online. We would have been able to rent a free truck, but corporate discontinued truck service just the week before so we had to use our own cars which was fine. It would have been an extra perk to use their truck which I didn't expect anyway. That was the only surprise. All in all, a great experience so far and my daughter has easy roll up access to her stuff during summer school as well.

- The manager Ashley was so nice, helpful, and friendly. Matty your clerk in the office was just as nice. Public Storage allowed us the use of a cart, and sell many moving supplies. It's just great for what I need. I have used many storage units in the past with the retail company I worked with, and I can say Public Storage is the best.

- John at the Shrewsbury Ave (Tinton Falls) Public Storage was great. After I made my reservation online - John promptly called e the next morning to confirm everything and answer any questions. When it came time to sign the lease and get everything in order, John was friendly and very efficient. He took us to our unit which was clean and dry, and was very informative in opening and closing the lock too. I only gave 4 stars because I have not yet used the unit as I will move my goods in this weekend.
