- From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly, smiling front desk person. He was extremely knowledge and explained the rules clearly. The price was what I expected it to be. You have to buy insurance if you don't have your own. You have to a buy a lock to be used at their facility, you keep the keys. It was one of the best experiences I have had in renting a storage unit. I give them a nine out of ten. The only drawback is that I have to use stairs to access my locker. The stairs work fine. They felt stable. Great place. Easy to find. It's at the corner of Main Ave and Chestnut. Just follow the numbers and you can't miss it.

- I DO NOT appreciate the service representatives at the Call Center. They are rude, inconsiderate, and borderline disrespectful. When I called on the night of my move in, "Kathleen" was busy trying to "close the sale" herself (telling me the "he" was "not available", when in fact it was a "she", and I found out later on that who I asked for wasn't even there!!!) - instead of transferring me to where I asked her to! I called back to speak to someone else to transfer me to the physical location and got "Yesenia" who informed me that the place was about to close (which is why I called). She seemed to only want to close the sale with me - even after I informed her that I was driving on a very busy highway AND during rush hour traffic!!!! THIS is what happens when people are driven to makes sales because of commission. There was NO respect, only concern about getting my money/closing the sale (and this is NOT an exaggeration). IF it wasn't for the General Manager "Zee", I would not even look in this place's direction - and that's a FACT!!! I'm sorry, but this was Terrible customer service just about all the way around.

- they do have carts available but wheels are falling off of the mattress cart making it very difficult to maneuver, I asked the attendant for a ball pean hammer to knock the axle back into one of the wheels. he said he didn't have one. his only solution was to find another cart and there were no other of that type.

- I just had a fire I booked a storage rental for the last of what I could salvage from my 3 family home. I arrived to be told by Shawn that my rental was not ready today -Saturday and to come back Monday. I have no house anymore where did he want me to leave my belongings. He offered a larger unit for a larger price I told him I do not have that many things. He offered a storage for half the size for 30.00 less. I told him I would rebook on the site I use. I went to a friend's house and rebooted the storage this time a different special for 105 for half the size of the other one. I drive back to be told that he could not give me the new rental because I declined the rental that was not ready. I told him I didn't decline it rather your company had it listed and I booked it and you still have other people's stuff inside it if you move their stuff out I will happily put mines in. This is false advertising it's not available. He told me I can not do a rental with the company. I have been using this storage facility since 2012. Shawn the manager was unhelpful and I'm filing charges with the better business bureau. Since they have been taken over by a new company I definitely do not recommend this place or Shawn. I would use 20 Mill St storage.

- The space is great overall; the staff and management have been very helpful and friendly, the building seems well maintained and safe, and there is a nice view out the window near my unit. My only complaint is that my unit is located on a side of the building which does not have easy access from the elevators. The doorways, which must be passed through to access the unit, are significantly narrower than the hallways, making the movement of large boxes or objects significantly more difficult.
