He walked me through everything I needed to know about my unit and personally accompanied me there the first time to make sure I knew exactly where to go, how to activate the security gate, how to use the lock, where to find the handcarts, etc. The personalized service I received at Life Storage from Robert was truly exceptional and I am so happy I chose to store my things there! - The move in went very well. Kristin provided excellant service as property manager. Please, I ask corporate to consider the following: provide more flat beds (2 more), provide shopping carts (2) for smaller items, provide one hand truck to sign out at office. Clean and wax lobby floors outside elevators. Hang wall fabric in elevators for protection of elevator walls. Provide very flat curbing at entrance of lobby. It will get rid of elevated edgw on sidewalk. Clean bathrooms!

- On top of that, I had a month-to-month term which is better than my expection. The manager was simple awesome. He guieded me to take a tour before doing my paperwork. It took less than two or three minuites until I was all set to go. The property was quite well secured. The only matter would be it is closed on Sundays but other holidays are open. I feel really lucky that I found the unit I was looking for during my adventure out of State.

- When we used this service to find a storage unit, Mae, who works at Life Storage, called us the same day to ensure that all was good and we have no questions about move in day. As the day got closer (as I picked a little over a week away), Mae called back to ensure we were still keeping our reservation and that we didn't have any questions. She was very nice, thorough and polite. She made the whole process super easy! The place was super clean, while I wish we could afford a little bit of a bigger unit, this place still has some of the best prices around.

- We have never had a better experience than we did checking into our Public Storage Unit in South Plainfield N.J. We have rented from others but by far Cleon the manager was outstanding!! She was pleasant from the minute we walked into the rental office. She was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and an absolute delight to do business with. She helped and made suggestions thru the whole process. I hope the management of Public Storage realize the tremendous asset they have in Cleon. Having checked in and made several trips to fill the storage unit I find the facility clean, well lite and laid out well. Courtesy carts always seem to be available and ample parking to off load your items. The Public Storage APP is outstanding providing easy access to the security gates and the elevator. I cannot say enough about Public Storage on McKinley St in South Plainfield N.J.
