I made reservation at 2 different locales, and I received a call within minutes from both to confirm and provide additional info - this is on top of the email confirmations received. Alex managed the sign up and orientation process for me. Let me just start by saying I am the fastidious sort and very much into the details. Alex outdid herself with the meticulous process she followed AND COMPLETED despite my many interruptions along the way. She was very knowledgable and, just as importantly, was very friendly! I usually get one OR the other at BEST. Often, I get someone who is neither. Overall, my experience was "fun"... as fun as it can be at a storage facility! LOL THANK YOU, ALEX!! :-)
