- So far not so good, all seemed well at the beginning, then got charged 2 different fees. I was on automatic payments and when asked about it, the manager said it was a glitch and happened to everyone but HQ only alloted him to take off a fee one time per person per year. Even though it wasn't my fault still had to pay one of those fees. Then after 3 months the rent increased over 10% per month. The prices are on the mid to high side depending on rate increases. The employees seem nice but the fee mess up could have been handled better by the manager. Will start looking for another place.

- Rented a unit with my cousin today for her dorm room items during the summer and some things of mine. The whole process was quick and thorough. James is the manager there and welcomed us when we came in and gave us bottles of water to cool off from packing and moving all day. He showed us the storage and explained everything in detail, even including how to make sure the lock is properly put on. Apparently, some people do not lock their doors properly, but it was important for him to explain how this can happen. He even suggested something to keep the space dry to prevent our clothes and tv from getting ruined by humidity. He really cares about the people he deals with and I feel safe knowing he is in charge of the place we're keeping our things. My cousin and I recommend this location and James if you need storage. P.S. Congrats James on you and your wife expecting!

- After a ton of shopping around for facilities, sizes and prices, I landed on CubeSmart for my short-term storage needs. The facility has no elevator or climate control (a little worrisome as we head into summer) but I was able to fit in almost all my possessions. I was a little disappointed that the unit had cobwebs and dirt, but both were easily gotten rid of. The gate stays open a little long, but since I had a caravan of cars, it worked in my favor. The cart for towing boxes needs to have its wheels realigned, but other than that I am very happy.
