- Fran was the staff person who helped me check in, explained how everything worked, showed me my unit, and gave me my lock. She was fantastic! Clear, organized, efficient, polite, and totally on top of everything. Other staff were coming over to ask her questions because she was the expert. You should give her a raise and make her a manager! Moving is stressful and so often staff are either clueless or rude. Fran made me happy I had chosen your facility to store my boxes and furniture.

- I was searching for a storage facility on Sparefoot and came across StorageBlue who had great prices. I came to the facility and Blanca the manager showed me the unit, She was very patient, kind and helpful. Facility is very Clean. Luis the maintenance worker was very helpful, very friendly and I like his smile , its very warming. He's the coolest maintenance worker i know. i recognized Blanca and Luis from the other StorageBlue formerly located in Mt, Pleasant Ave and they treated me with respect. I highly recommend StorageBlue if you are looking for Storage space this is the place to go. StorageBlue has the best prices and promotions.

- I had an emergency move out so my options were limited. The gates don't work. So it made it harder to move my items. Inside. The halls are very clean and comfortable to walk threw. BUT.. My storage unit was so dusty from the cement. My mattress dropped and caused a thick dust cloud that reacted my asthma and also made the clothes I had on very dirty. We look like we were doing construction work , no good .The unit need to be spayed with water and whipped out before renting..

- The storage unit was the cheapest I found around the area. I did not have any issues, but would have liked to have a unit closer to the elevator. There was also a step the middle of the corridor that was very inconvenient. It would not be hard to just put an incline there instead of the step.
