- First time renting a storage unit.... I had no idea what to expect at first. This facility is the cheapest in Yonkers by about $30/m. When I arrived I was greeted by Marissa and Anahjae. They were both super friendly which really helped me calm down. This move has been really stressful and finally I one phase of it was awesome. Anahjae showed me the unit I would be renting. She also showed me how to use the pin pads at the gate and Elevator. She even gave me tips on how to navigate the floor plan easily. Anahjae explained everything to me with ease and in full detail. She knew the answer to all my questions and even gave great suggestions. When we returned to the office to fill out the paper work I spared Anahjae from my million questions and Marissa was able to answer all my questions fully as well. Im so glad I was able to find a facility with great pricing and great customer service. Because of those two ladies I have no issue recommending this facility to my friends and family.

- The unit I rented seems a little smaller than I'd expected - 5x5, but seems like 4x4 or so (I plan to measure it and complain if it's really not 5x5, but I certainly may be mistaken), and there's no light in the unit, nor any outlets. Otherwise, access is good, there are dollies to help move items in and out, an available dumpster, and the staff is excellent. Price is a little high for this size unit, but there's nothing less expensive around that I could find in this area. It seems clean, and not too many people crowding in there when I visited.
