- We have never had a better experience than we did checking into our Public Storage Unit in South Plainfield N.J. We have rented from others but by far Cleon the manager was outstanding!! She was pleasant from the minute we walked into the rental office. She was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and an absolute delight to do business with. She helped and made suggestions thru the whole process. I hope the management of Public Storage realize the tremendous asset they have in Cleon. Having checked in and made several trips to fill the storage unit I find the facility clean, well lite and laid out well. Courtesy carts always seem to be available and ample parking to off load your items. The Public Storage APP is outstanding providing easy access to the security gates and the elevator. I cannot say enough about Public Storage on McKinley St in South Plainfield N.J.

She gave me a tour of the facility and explained the hours of operation and that the storage unit is secure and safe. I highly recommend her and this facility to store their items. Lastly, I was able to get a discount for a larger unit due to reserving online. The promotion is only for a few months so it is temporary, but one can save during the in-between time.

- I have went to two sites one in Morganville, NJ and met Ms. Melissa who was extremely helpful. She explained everything I needed to do, wrote down everything so i can remember and then guided me with what I needed to buy to secure my items while I was moving. She truly made this process much easier. I later booked in a different site location due to availability and spoke to Ms. Courtney in North Brunwsick who was extremely supportive and kind. She walked me through everything and truly offered me the support and kind words that I need to hear after my apartment was flooded. The staff is truly wonderful and the facility is clean and secure.
