They were very patient and nice to deal with and even were excellent at being proactive - anticipating my needs and providing me with helpful advise even before I thought of asking for it. - I had a 5 x 5 with Extra Space Storage for about a year then I moved and wanted to try something new. With Extra Space, I was happy with the storage, but they kept raising the price every other month. I am hoping that Public Storage is not as quick to raise prices since storage is not exactly a necessity of life. The metal door on my outside storage unit let some snow in which I wasn't too happy about. They plowed the lanes and banked snow high against the bottom of the door. However, the staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. The space seems a little bit smaller than what I had but maybe it's the way it's allocated--taller rather than more ground space. I just moved in, so I don't have a lot to say, but so far I'm pretty satisfied and I feel my stuff will be safe.

- Our experience checking in was flawless, the facility is extremely clean, and there were plenty of dollies to get the job done. There is a covered loading dock which we especially appreciated because it was raining. However, we were told we had to buy a lock from them which was $20 so we did. When we opened our storage unit for the first time there was a welcome bag which included the same lock we just purchased. The top of the packaging was cut so we couldn’t return it.

- Had to find a storage after my move back from Texas I was told I needed a 8x10 when I walked in and told the rep (Nita) I needed to confirm my reservation and see the lot she said what do you have? I explained everything and she knew exactly what she was talking about she said thats not gonna work for you, you need a 10x15 let me show you that one and sure enough she was right!!! Unfortunately they had no specials on that one but she was so great I stayed and payed the full month! Thats the type of customer service I am talking about!!!!

- I came in back in May and Amanda assisted me with setting up my storage unit. She was efficient and helpful all along the way. She gave me a tour of the facility and explained the hours of operation and that the storage unit is secure and safe. I highly recommend her and this facility to store their items. Lastly, I was able to get a discount for a larger unit due to reserving online. The promotion is only for a few months so it is temporary, but one can save during the in-between time.
