- We rented their largest unit to store our furniture etc for 9 months. When we moved out there was animal feces and water damage on our furniture. Lots of mold and dirt. They were nice when checking in but awful experience checking out. We gave them our moved out date but our movers accidentally left the lock behind. No call from customer service to alert us to that until one day after a new month began. I had my son then drive there that same day to get the lock but they still charged us for that whole month. Now they even have a collection agency involved. Do not rent here! Unfortunately we didn’t complain nor take pictures of the damaged property since they were so nice during the check in. However, don’t let that fool you. Good customer service would have been if they would have picked up the phone to ask us if we forgot to take the lock instead of waiting an extra 3 weeks in order to be able to collect an extra month. Nasty behavior on the phone and right away threatening with further collection instead of trying to work things out. All in all a very disappointing experience.

- I came in back in May and Amanda assisted me with setting up my storage unit. She was efficient and helpful all along the way. She gave me a tour of the facility and explained the hours of operation and that the storage unit is secure and safe. I highly recommend her and this facility to store their items. Lastly, I was able to get a discount for a larger unit due to reserving online. The promotion is only for a few months so it is temporary, but one can save during the in-between time.

- Nikki was our first encounter there and she was excellent. We did go to check out other units and convenience and price we're comparable, but it was because of Nikki that we choose public storage. When I did return to put some stuff in my unit later that evening, there were no available dollies to use. I did go in to check and they told me where else to find one. There still were none available. It took awhile to get one, and it was Nikki that was helpful to locate it.
