- This is an average place to get storage from. The storage units are decently priced, but it is a little confusing to maneuver around and our storage unit didn’t lock very well. We had trouble getting and and down because they have manual elevators and it’s difficult because the only person that can check people in has to be the one who signed off on the contract and In order to add new people the signer has to be there in person which, again, is a hassle. I didn’t see wheelchair accessible areas (there might be some but I just didn’t see any, although I’m sure there are or maybe I missed it) and I wish there were other basic conveniences like bathrooms and water fountains, which I didn’t see. Also they close pretty early. Then again you can’t expect much from any storage unit. I do think this place has potential but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a super complicated situation like I did. Other than that it’s OK. Nothing too fancy. It gets the job done so if that’s all you need, this may be the place for you.

- I DO NOT appreciate the service representatives at the Call Center. They are rude, inconsiderate, and borderline disrespectful. When I called on the night of my move in, "Kathleen" was busy trying to "close the sale" herself (telling me the "he" was "not available", when in fact it was a "she", and I found out later on that who I asked for wasn't even there!!!) - instead of transferring me to where I asked her to! I called back to speak to someone else to transfer me to the physical location and got "Yesenia" who informed me that the place was about to close (which is why I called). She seemed to only want to close the sale with me - even after I informed her that I was driving on a very busy highway AND during rush hour traffic!!!! THIS is what happens when people are driven to makes sales because of commission. There was NO respect, only concern about getting my money/closing the sale (and this is NOT an exaggeration). IF it wasn't for the General Manager "Zee", I would not even look in this place's direction - and that's a FACT!!! I'm sorry, but this was Terrible customer service just about all the way around.

- I'm sorry to say this facility does not take care of the issue it has with the entry doors. The main rolling door has been out for over a week and that is 3 to 4 parking spaces not in use, then the other 2 are single driveways, so you have wait a long time for them to load or unload, whatever the circumstance is at that moment.
