Please, I ask corporate to consider the following: provide more flat beds (2 more), provide shopping carts (2) for smaller items, provide one hand truck to sign out at office. Clean and wax lobby floors outside elevators. Hang wall fabric in elevators for protection of elevator walls. Provide very flat curbing at entrance of lobby. It will get rid of elevated edgw on sidewalk. Clean bathrooms!

- So far not so good, all seemed well at the beginning, then got charged 2 different fees. I was on automatic payments and when asked about it, the manager said it was a glitch and happened to everyone but HQ only alloted him to take off a fee one time per person per year. Even though it wasn't my fault still had to pay one of those fees. Then after 3 months the rent increased over 10% per month. The prices are on the mid to high side depending on rate increases. The employees seem nice but the fee mess up could have been handled better by the manager. Will start looking for another place.

- We had somewhere else all lined up. The day before we were to arrive, (mind you we were in Virginia when we heard the news) I get an email saying sorry, have to cancel. That's it. Freaking out, searching on line, freaking out, I finally found Sparefoot. I believe his name was Omar. He was the absolute BEST. He was patient, listened to what I was actually saying instead of just some stock answers, and in the end found Secure Space at an amazing price. Check in went great and we are so pleased with the facility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

On the next day 4/30/17 Staff member Joe when above and beyond his job.By helping others as well including me.When my stuff fell over. Joe came over to help and assist me. By picking up what fell over.Also help me with my bag that was left on the step.You guys do a excellent job as a team.I would like to recommend if you are in need of storage space.Visit Hillside, NJ public storage.The units are kept clean and clear....

- We have never had a better experience than we did checking into our Public Storage Unit in South Plainfield N.J. We have rented from others but by far Cleon the manager was outstanding!! She was pleasant from the minute we walked into the rental office. She was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and an absolute delight to do business with. She helped and made suggestions thru the whole process. I hope the management of Public Storage realize the tremendous asset they have in Cleon. Having checked in and made several trips to fill the storage unit I find the facility clean, well lite and laid out well. Courtesy carts always seem to be available and ample parking to off load your items. The Public Storage APP is outstanding providing easy access to the security gates and the elevator. I cannot say enough about Public Storage on McKinley St in South Plainfield N.J.
