- I needed a large (10x20) climate controlled space to store household goods coming up from Florida, including antique furniture that wouldn't do well in an environment that wasn't climate controlled. I'm older, so I wanted it on the ground floor so as not to wrestle big items into and out of an elevator. I was offered a nice space only a few doors from the side entry door which fits my needs perfectly. I was shown the space promptly, and all aspects of hours, access, etc. were dealt with clearly and efficiently. I was even warned that a full-sized moving van would not be able to negotiate the turn from the street to the access gate, so what's called "shuttle service" by the moving company (putting the goods into a smaller truck after the long-haul delivery) would be needed. I would not have known to ask about that, which could have been a problem on moving day.

- On the overall the experience here was good most of the time. Ryan was great any time I spoke to him and he was always able to resolve an issue I might run into. The location of the building is good with it being near a few highways so getting to it was not an issue. The reason for it not being a 5 star review is partly because of the inconvenience of not being able to set my own gate code so I would always forget it when I showed up after a few months, and the fact that with no notice the rent of the unit increased twice while I was a tenant. In addition, the hours are slightly more restrictive than some other storage unit sin the area, but only by an hour or so.

- It's an ok place. My only complaint is that the person I spoke to made it seem as though we could move any anytime after we picked up the keys (between 11-3). But when my husband when to move our stuff into storage, the gates closed at 10. Very inconvenient. I only choose this place because I thought there was 24 hr access.
