My thoughts on potentially having to wait longer than expected were quickly put to rest, I was shown the unit I requested and in the process of being shown the unit was recommended by the staff to try a different one they believed would be better suited for me. All the documentation was completed effortlessly, and the use of the access code was explained effectively. I’m truly grateful for the staffs amazing customer service and ability to manage multiple customers at one time while also adhering to CDC guidelines during these troubling times.

- We needed a storage unit right away because my daughter had to move out of her dorm immediately. We could not find anywhere open where we could get keys. We contacted cube smart and Jennifer and her co-worker were the best . They made a stressful situation easy. We use the box truck and did the move. We were even offered cold water. It was warm on Friday. I would do business here again and we will keep the unit for the remainder of her college years. Thanks to Jennifer and her co-worker again for making this bad situation doable

- I am only leaving a one star review because of the office manager, Ebe. I received a call from the store manager telling me that the trash cans outside the life storage place aren't really trash cans and to come back and take the trash that I left in there. Instead of letting me know in a normal, calm way, she gave me a big attitude and was yelling at me over the phone. I have never been so insulted as I was tonight. I finished the phone call in tears. Her name is Ebe and she is a horrible employee. I will be filing an official complaint against her.
