- The storage unit was the cheapest I found around the area. I did not have any issues, but would have liked to have a unit closer to the elevator. There was also a step the middle of the corridor that was very inconvenient. It would not be hard to just put an incline there instead of the step.

- I arrived with my reservation in hand at around 1:30pm, but so did 5 additional individuals…creating what I initially believed was going to be a long wait time. My thoughts on potentially having to wait longer than expected were quickly put to rest, I was shown the unit I requested and in the process of being shown the unit was recommended by the staff to try a different one they believed would be better suited for me. All the documentation was completed effortlessly, and the use of the access code was explained effectively. I’m truly grateful for the staffs amazing customer service and ability to manage multiple customers at one time while also adhering to CDC guidelines during these troubling times.
