- Signed up for a shed, cost is great for area. Sheds and general area are very clean, driving lanes between sheds seem wider than other locations we've used. They have a 14' truck available, move-ins get 25 miles free (but pay insurance fee and replace gas, per mile fee after 25 miles). Truck must be reserved thru office. Rep in office gave me all the details during our discussion and wrote them down as they applied to us. Site is convenient to interstate, Candia Rd and 28A.

- I wasn’t able to get in the gate with the code they supplied. No problem, things happen. I had two vans full, and I panicked for a minute. But I called the number, got through really quickly with almost no hold time, and they quickly gave me a gate code that worked. I felt that this was awesome customer service. I did notice that two door closers needed to be adjusted. Brought it to the attention of management.

- It was a bit confusing since there was no kiosk to enter my reservation code into...then I got a smaller unit then my final reservation had said. When I opened the storage unit I noticed that it was smaller than expected and there was mouse poop in it, although the rest of the unit was very clean. The first person I called to rectify the situation was not very pleasant and left me on hold for 15 minutes before I just hung up, she did not call me back as stated in the beginning of the call. So I called a new representative and he was good about getting me the reservation that had been confirmed in an email, with a reservation code! I did end up with a very nice larger unit finally!
