- I wasn’t able to complete my rental on the in person computer, as it would freeze when it got to the, look at the camera step. I called the number and got a very nice lady who was able to complete the process over the phone. There was also some kind of puke looking stain on the floor of the storage unit. Other then those couple issues so far I’m happy with the storage facility.

- I would give Prime Storage negative stars if I could! When this business was locally-owned (King Storage), it offered stable and reasonable rates, 24-hour access (without additional fees), friendly ownership and staff, and no insurance requirement. With the corporate takeover (Prime Storage) it has been nothing but a nightmare! Within a few months my unit rate went up by almost 50%. Access hours became limited. I submitted my homeowners insurance information in-person, yet I was still billed for personal property insurance. Now they are ratcheting up some of their fees to exorbitant rates: $50 No Registration/Insurance (Vehicle) $50 Lock Cut Fee $35 Electricity Fee $125 Dumpster Fee $30/mo 24 Hour Access I cringe every time I receive an email from Prime Storage. What next? It has been an absolutely horrible experience renting from corporate America.

- I found my storage unit by doing an online search that landed me at selfstorage.com. Prime Storage on Fort Eddy Road, Manchester, NH, had the best deal for a 10x10 unit in my area which included the first month free! Conveniently, I was able to sign up for the membership online, complete all the necessary paperwork, and receive the entry access code beforehand. On move in day, a CSR greeted me and showed me around. He answered all of my questions and happily switched my original unit that was way up on the fifth floor, to a much closer unit on the second floor! This facility is located inside of an old mill building so it’s not set up like a typical storage facility. Overall I’m happy with the size and price of my unit. I’m MOST impressed by the excellent customer service. Do I recommend Prime Storage? YES! The reason I gave a 4 star rating is because the access hours are only until 6pm. Give us at least until 8pm!
