- Didn’t know it was a kiosk you checked in with. But it was easy to use. I have a smaller unit which are all placed on perimeter so easy to find. Didn’t expect it to look like a shipping container divided into units. Also don’t forget a lock because if not it is $15 to buy one at the facility.

- I had excellent customer service, I moved across country and the team at BlueBird in Dover was amazing, a move like that is very stressful but moving into this facility took the stress off at final stage of the move. They helped me coordinate with my movers and were very friendly while doing so! When I got to facility to move in, they provided all the info I needed, the facility is super clean, lots of carts to bring in and carry out your stuff. Definitely would recommend this place!
