- Signed up for a shed, cost is great for area. Sheds and general area are very clean, driving lanes between sheds seem wider than other locations we've used. They have a 14' truck available, move-ins get 25 miles free (but pay insurance fee and replace gas, per mile fee after 25 miles). Truck must be reserved thru office. Rep in office gave me all the details during our discussion and wrote them down as they applied to us. Site is convenient to interstate, Candia Rd and 28A.

- The facility is clean, safe, staffed with friendly folks, and easy to access. We are using it b/c of the great location 2 miles from the MHT airport. We are using it to store vehicle while traveling. The only thing to suggest is that some of the garage doors could be better maintained to roll up tighter and fully, they are getting worn out.

- There is no human customer service on -site, and that wasn't communicated. What's worse, there's very bad reception in that area, so completing the reservation over the phone was not easy. In general, I had zero knowledge of what to expect on site. My movers had to leave when it took long to figure out the facility. In addition, I was recommended a very large storage unit, despite the fact that I told the rep I only have a few items. A rep on the phone refused to transfer me to a supervisor to discuss this.

- Pro: Really good price, storage area is clean and secure. Con: Loading is done through cargo loading bay that's 5 feet off the ground, so you have to lift your belongings 5 feet just to get them into the building. Elevator is a large service elevator with giant gates that need to be lifted and closed by manual force. No inspection stickers of any kind on the elevator. Most of the building is empty, eerie, unfurnished. Creepy vibes. If you are not physically fit, it will be a challenge to get through both the loading bay and the service elevator, especially if multiple trips are required.
