I made an appointment but had to arrive earlier than the appointment time and the staff was great! I had a unit within 20 minutes even with the tour. Everything was explained completely to me. No questions unanswered. I was able to move my belongings in that day and had no issues. The unit was super clean as was the whole facility. I also appreciated the available items to purchase on hand so I didn't have to make another stop. I'm also impressed with the price of the unit for as big as it is! Well worth the money! - Prior to arriving i spoke with both the on-site and district manager's and was convinced storage mart was the right place for me. Once i arrived to complete my rental it was confirmed, the moment i walked in the door i was greeted with the same friendly, knowledgeable feel i got on the phone until the time i walked out the door. I went over my lunch break which is only 30 minutes and still had time to stop for gas out of the 3 storage facilities ive used storage mart is by far the best.
