- I went online and reserved my unit on a Friday and moved my stuff in on a Monday. I went in person on Saturday and met with Michael who also called and left a message for me earlier that morning, confirming everything. When I entered the facility Michael introduced himself and welcomed me in. I sat down to verify everything and then he took me to see the storage unit to make sure it would be sufficient for what I needed, if not I would have other options. The units inside are climate controlled and a very clean. We went back to the office after confirming it was what I wanted and finished the paperwork and payment. They do require insurance, so if you have homeowners insurance or renters insurance it would cover it but be sure to read your policy regarding items in storage. Someone who has experience in this you would be wise to just take the insurance they offer and add it to your monthly bill. It's only $100 deductible which I'm sure is less of a deductible than most people carry. It's not more than $20 additional a month. Overall this facility is top notch and highly recommended if you need a storage place with excellent customer service.

- Great facility, clean grounds, inside is clean and clearly maintained. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had issues with my access code not working. The directions on the key pad were hard to read (faded) so I thought I was entering it wrong and I had to call customer service to assist. Fortunately they were able to grant me access but it took a bit before the facility called me to correct it. Still having a great experience so far- definitely would recommend to friends or family
