- Great experience and fast to reserve and complete paperwork. People are really nice and friendly there. Only concern but not a big deal was the special cylinder lock. They insist on using them and they have no other use or purpose so no one really owns one and must buy it. After leaving I will have a lock that I can’t use anywhere else. I will add it to the other two storage companies locks that I had to purchase in the past.
