- Ladies in the office were putting me off as I was having difficulty with online. I called two times before they opened. They did not call me when they got in. I called them. Asked if I could just drive over real quick to sign in person. They said I had to make a reservation for 11 am. I explained I needed to unload and drive my van back to Wilmington. They said they had to do their rounds to check all locks on doors. I did managed to get thru the online and when I arrived I had to apologize as she seemed to have an attitude. After taking 3 carts full of items from van to storage unit, not one of the three ladies were checking any locks. They stayed behind the counter the whole time talking. I could have been able to come in person but they didn't want to be bothered.

- I did not like that when I rented the space there were fees that were not disclosed on the website. i.e. cost for lock, application fee There was a period of time when one of the doors that was closest to my temp controlled unit did not open. In order to get to my unit had to walk a ways down a pitch black hallway before the motion activated lights came on I have always been treated well by the staff in at the offce of the facility. THe facility seems clean and well taken care of except for the problem with the door. and lights.

- I came to access my unit 10/07 not realizing that you all closed at 5 pm. I begged the manger who was standing outside to please let me,because I cold not recall my gate code. I came back the following morning and I was mad. Alice was there. I was ready to argue. After explaining what happened the day before,she asked how I would feel if someone approached me with work related stuff on my off duty time? She explained that some managers live on the property but it doesn't mean they are on call 24/7. She was so pleasant and positive I couldn't stay mad. She put me at ease and gave me my gate code. She even made me laugh at myself. She's a great lady and a great face for public storage. I would send all my friends to her!. I know I'm late putting it in,but please let her know I did the review . She is one awesome lady!!!!
