- The desk employee (Cody?- Redskins fan) was very helpful. The inside facilities were great. Only suggestions I would say is the outside could use a new coat of paint since the paint is peeling pretty badly. Also, Cody(?) was nice enough to let us park in front of the automatic doors to unload since it was raining. If that awning were extended another 3 feet, we would have been completely out of the rain. Since it wasn't, rain got on the ramp and inside our truck. If it were extended, you could advertise "Weather protected /loading/unloading possible" or something of the sort. Those are just minor suggestions to help make Public Storage even better. Overall, we loved the facility, the dollies were very helpful, and would recommend it to everyone!
