- We had never had a need for any additional storage until we took the leap from 2400 sqfeet to a first floor, no garage or basement condo. Seemed like a good idea at the time but the purge was life altering. Alas there is still "stuff" you need to store. Jeanne the manager at this facility is a gem. She made the process simple and reviewed what we would need. We live close to the facility and access is easy with it being open to us all the time. Its gated and security is reassuring. We highly recommed the Prime Location here in Bolivia NC and I would hope that managment would strive to find other managers of this quality.
