- I have been renting here for 1 week. There has been no issues. The property manager (Sequoya?) was very nice and very clear about how things worked...that was helpful as it is my first time renting a storage. I did have ants outside of my space, she quickly put down something to rid the ants. If you are looking for a location to store, there's no reason to my knowledge why this storage location wouldn't be a great spot.
