- Since renting, the security gate is now inoperable. Through their customer service number, was informed they were ordering a part to fix. Six weeks later gate is still inoperable and they raised the rates by 20%. Calling customer service again and sent multiple emails that all went unreturned. In addition to an inoperable gate and higher rate, there are multiple areas in gravel lot that needs to be filled and lighting is poor. Mgmt needs to fix gate, install new gate, higher security or reduce rates.

- I was drawn in by a special but upon signing the contract was told I must buy their lock since my unit uses a barrel lock. I also had to buy their insurance until I could prove my homeowners insurance covered storage rental. Other than that, Joann was very nice, the unit very conveniently situated inside and the facility is close to my house. The unit had a small amount of dirt on the floor.

- After 4 years of having 2 storage units at this location, I have to say I was ready to leave after the first upcharge by Public Storage. My 2 units were 105 or 115 per month, each. Public storage has increased my rate so many times that it's disturbing. Now I'm paying almost $400.00....196.00 × 2, which is ridiculous. I am now forced to move out all my units, due to the constant increase. All I can say is, DARLENE is the ONLY reason I've stayed there this long! She's always a pleasure to deal with and aims to please the best she can. She knows I'm always on the road for work and need reminders of payments due....whether I forgot or not, I always knew I'd receive a friendly reminder call from her by the 4th of each month...One less thing for me to worry about and much appreciated! Public storage, you unfortunately got me for about $20k....I hope you use a fraction of that to A) spray your units and B) replace rusted doors/panels, and C) give that lady Darlene a raise...She's the best thing your facility has going for it.
