I had to be transferred to another space and buy another lock. What made it worst is I had movers that was being paid by the hour. NEVER AGAIN!!

- Heard a lot of good things about this location from the pricing to the staff. I found myself needing storage as we are doing updates to our kitchen. My friend referred me to the pineville location and I am happy they did. The girl at the front office, Coco, was extremely helpful in finding me a space suitable for my things. I saved a lot of money on my 1st months rent and it's just a month to month basis which is great since I plan on being out in a few months. If you're looking for a facility where you know your items will be safe and secured and can rely on getting wonderful customer service every time you go in, go to public storage in Pineville. You won't regret it.

- I rented a space for my trailer. prior to renting the space, I looked at the actual space to make sure it was going to work. When I came back to actually park the trailer in the space there was a large truck parked directly across from the space which left me with no room to maneuver the trailer into the space I had rented. I went back to the office and canceled the space and asked if there was some way to get a refund as only three days had passed since I had signed the contract. I was told that they would ask the regional manager to see what could be done. Since this time I have not been able to reach anyone and nobody has returned my calls. I guess that means I will not be receiving any type of a refund. So instead they get a bad review for all to read about Public Storage's poor customer service.
