- The local employees have always been wonderful. I give them 5 stars. But the disrespect that corporate shows long time tenants is abysmal (1 star). It takes a long time to get repairs approved and comoleted (I,e, broken a/c of lights), and the rent increases are too frequent. I leased a second unit a few months ago and got an increase already. After 10 years with my original unit I was spending twice as much as a new tenant (without any special deal for them). I just don't understand. If you have auto pay, a fabulous record there as a customer, and still pay twice as much...it's just wrong. It has been my experience that they would rather I leave. And I wouldn't have written this review if I hadn't been sent several requests to do so. I was just whining to friends before. I want to love you guys. It wouldn't take much on your part. A simple loyalty reward would speak volumes.

- My issue was with my previous rental experience. My fiend who moved my stuff out put my lock back on. I went the next day (the 1st) to get my lock. They charged me, saying my code was used on the first even though I let them know it was ONLY to get my lock. Not only did the charge me, they charged me for a whole month! For one day! One day that I didn't even have anything in the building anyway! And even the current locations employee said it didn't make sense as they noted that I punched my code at 9:40.... gate locks at 9 sooooo....??!?
