- Arrived on the 16th around 11:45. I overlooked the keypad to enter. So I was trying to get some assistance but the office was empty. There was a note saying manager will be back at 12pm . So I didn’t have to wait too long. But still inconvenient. When she did arrive she helped me locate the code entry pad. But didn’t ask me if I needed help finding my storage and I didn’t think to ask cause the email I received was supposed to have a map. But map didn’t have the info I needed. Storage overall wasn’t what I expected. Lights in the hallway of my storage were very dim and could hardly see . There was no light whatsoever in the actual unit. Kinda worried about pest and weather damage.

The clerk has constantly argued with me over the phone rather than assisting me with several billing issues. The store was closed at Noon yesterday (on a Wed.) with no sign indicated when it would reopen. Another customer and I were not able to get service. I traveled from 30 minutes away just to make a payment and to review my statement.
