- I'm still renting an unit in Indian trail NC. A 5x5 unit. There was roof damage from a bird that got inside. I told management immediately that I removed the dead bird but repairs were needed. I left my key and signed a form with the front desk. No repairs were ever made on that unit as of today. I thought this would be a fast repair. I'm in a new unit now since I asked to switch after the roof was not fixed.
