- This location was the closest to my home. Great customer service. They call to confirm your reservation as well as follow up. My initial rate changed when I changed my move-in date although when I asked would it remain the same, I was told yes. That was not the case. There was a $17 increase. Not too bad but, not what I was expecting walking in to fill out my paperwork. I also feel like insurance information/pricing should be listed on the website. I was definitely not expecting my monthly rate to increase as well as an additional insurance fee being added. The service representative did a great job going through the terms and conditions and answered any questions that I had. I feel as though my items are secure. I know that they walk around to check the units because I didn’t lock mine properly and they called to inform me. I do wish that the facility was accessible up to midnight instead of 10pm after hours. But, I also understand how that may be a risk. All in all I am satisfied. Process was quick and easy.

- I gave 4 stars simply because the process was easy and property manager was awesome. The only issues I had was with the unit. I was told the lighting inside would not work and would not likely be fixed due to a glitch in the unit. Also the security gate was broken. Ill only be occupying the unit until March. They had the best rate, very convenient off the highway and signing up was so easy. That, along with the property manager being so nice and helpful I decided to go ahead with the rental.
