The woman making the office called (I was at work) and since I was the one to make the reservation I was the one needed to sign. She was super helpful, patient, and just all around kind. She fixed it where I could do everything over the phone and through email and then walked my husband and son through everything they would need to get started. I still wish I had gotten her name but be took much of the stress out of a stressful situation
