- When we arrived for the first time, the local office staff member walked me through how to gain access to the unit and this was very helpful since I'd only ever had units open to the outside and could drive right up to them. My unit on the 2nd floor was easily accessible via the elevator and since my movers had all the adequate equipment for transporting my items, we were in and out quickly. Also, the access codes and unit # were sent via text the morning I moved in which is what I was told would happen as well. Very smooth process and helpful staff locally, as well as the 800 customer service reps. Thank you!
