- I thought I might have to find another facility because the day before move in, they called and said there was some sort of mix up and my unit wouldn't be available when I needed it. They eventually called back and said it was sorted out and I got to move in time, but it was an added stress I really didn't need. Once I got there, they were very nice and helpful...just a little slow. But the place was clean and everything I needed.

- Everything went smoothly when I called to get everything set up, but when I got there were extra fees that wasn't told to me over the phone about having to pay for their lock instead of bringing your own and the insurance but due to the nature of my emergency I paid it anyway. - Property manager was nice and helpful over the phone as well as in the office during the process. I just wasn't expecting to be blind-sided by an extra fee (i.e. insurance premium) on top of the on-line special. I wasn't told about it up front over the phone. I didn't find out about it, until I was already there in the office signing the papers in order to move into the small storage unit. I didn't appreciate being forced to pay more per month because of the unexpected and mandatory fee either. Otherwise, the move-in process was pretty easy and quick. Thanks!
