- I needed another storage unit. the girl was new and had to call her manager to get me another unit. She then gave me an access code that didn't work. When I told her that she said, " I don't know, that's the only code I have". I had to go in behind someone else. Then she didn't unlock the unit so I went back to the office and she had already left knowing my code didn't work. It took about 45 minutes to get her back to unlock the unit. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!
